As of this week I’m at uni again, cue sad face and an onslaught of assignments before the end of semester approaches. Anyway, what better way to ward off the post-break blues than with a spot of shopping? If there’s anything you should know about me it’s that I like wasting money on novelty stuff, which can be problematic when trying not to look like I wear the same thing everyday… In all honesty though, clothes shopping is a huge hassle to me, so I rarely do it unless I’m in a specific mood. Moving on with the stuff I got!
Various things I picked up from Daiso, aka the best store in existence. Even though the price of $2.80 an item is expensive by global standards, it’s so hard for me not to grab everything in sight whenever I’m there… I always manage to find stuff I never even knew I needed!
Floral shirt from Lipsy and knit jumper from Miss Shop. Once again I’m in a rut of buying too many black clothes, but at least I kind of have an excuse since winter’s on its way again…
Nothing like some new nail colours to lift my spirits. I don’t know what it is but lately I’m really obsessed with painting my nails… so much so that seeing them bare is weird to me now. This could become a really bad habit, but at least my nails will look decent as a result!
As I type this, I can’t stop thinking how crazy it is that tomorrow will be May… it’s that point of the year when I notice how fast the months have flown by, and get sad knowing I haven’t done anything really memorable! Thankfully I have stuff coming up to keep me busy, so that should be an excellent way of taking my mind off bigger, more depressing things in the meantime.
