Bake focaccia with me 🍞✨ this is probably my Bake focaccia with me 🍞✨ this is probably my favourite kind of bread to bake, just because it’s so fun to dimple! Not to mention it’s fluffy, salty and all that good stuff 😋

You'll need...
500g bread flour
375mL water
11g salt
3g yeast
Olive oil

1. Add the flour, water, yeast and salt into a large bowl. Mix until everything's incorporated, and you have a loose, sticky dough.
2. Cover the dough and let it sit for 30 mins. Then stretch and fold the edges of the dough, while constantly rotating bowl.
3. Once that's done, repeat step 2.
4. Repeating the stretches and folds 1-3 more times or until the dough is elastic, and can be stretched out without tearing.
5. Cover the dough and let it rise in a warm place for 2-4 hours, or until it's doubled in size.
6. Grab a baking tray and line it with baking paper. Drizzle with a generous amount of olive oil, then dump the dough on it. Let the dough relax for half an hour. In the meantime, preheat your oven to 200°C or 180°C fan forced.
7. After resting, stretch the dough to fit your baking tray. Ideally, use your fingers to pull from the underside of the dough.
8. Drizzle olive oil over the dough, and oil your hands. Use your fingers to create dimples in the focaccia.
9. Sprinkle with a pinch of salt, and bake for 25-30 minutes or until it's browned to your liking.
10. Take out of the oven and enjoy while it's hot!
